Hopeless romantic with a heart for art and music, a modern renaissance man if you will. I am a musician and artist and have a large drive and dedication to both. I am self-taught in all of my instruments which includes bass, guitar, drums, piano, and digital/analog sequencing, programming, and sampleing. Come to think of it, the large backing and upbringing in a very eclectic mix of music seems to be what gives me the drive and inspiration to create music. Eventhough i have a wide range of tastes in genres, i am still somewhat particular in what i choose but i still manage to have a collection of 550 CDs and growing. Aside from music i am an Illustrator with a year and a half of college experience... withdrew due to funds or else i would have continued for a degree. But none the less i took what they gave me in experience, inspiration, and instruction and i hope to soon be making a living with both my talents. The mediums that i work in are as diverse as my instrumentation. They include anything from pencil to paint and after that if i feel a peice needs it, i take it to the digital manipulation level. Like my music i am even more so particular about my tastes in art. I have one icon that i admire most... Ashley Wood, check him out. I also enjoy vintage pinup photography, mainly burlesque (my future wife will most definately have to enjoy it as well because she will be showered with gifts of corseted lingere and hosery alike). Onward, all in all I am a person of many tastes and preferences but I take what comes to me with great caution (my name isn't Thomas for nothing) and I always think the important things through, disregaurding the miniscule and insignificant...always conscious/cautious of my surroundings. I learn from my mistakes and move on with new knowledge everyday. Intelligence and communication are key to me and it should also be to my friends as well. You wont find me sitting in front of the television for hours on end. Instead I'd rather be out experiencing my life which is a very spontaneous one while at the same time maintaning routine where needed. I am a very shy and inward person at first but...if given the chance, i come to be outward with my thoughts and a very respectable and devoted friend and partner.
