Empire Records was created in 2005 and it is the way we found to....our ideas. As you can see the group is relatively recent and we are trying to define our priorities in terms of songs to record & new members. Our main objective is record a promotional mixtape wich will ve available in June/July so we can introduce our music into a new level. He gives the gangsta flava to the group with his strong lyrics. Always creative this mc catches everybodys attention everytime he touches the mic. Having some tracks of his own (Black on Fire and Don't leave me alone) he is working also for the mixtape. Considered as a legacy in his neighberhood for being the only mc in the gamof of indian origin. Since the begin, he attracted the listeners with his creative rhymes, a distivtive flow and his strong attitude and charisma. He acquired a large amount of experience performing in school festivals and early shows to promote hip-hop in mozambique where with Black (in early days this 2 mc's sang together and were knows as TWINZ) they caught the eyes of DRP a major group and went on a trial. After a while the both parts went on different ways because according to Ibo the DRP were busy preparing their album that they didin't gave him sufficient attention so he could mature his artistic skills. Prefering to move on and search for a new base the young mc still refers to Afonso, Jonaze, Taila (DRP members) with great love and respect. These days Small is preparing his music and definitely will be present in the upcoming mixtape...Wait for it. Influences:Jay-z. Favourite Artist:Jay-z. ------------------------------------------------------------ -----------------------------------------------------*) Lauchand (Mirza) RnB singer. With the above members he is one of the founders of the label.Differenciating from the others with his RnB flow and touching lyrics he is regarded with high esteem by the members he and is very present in the labels music with his own tracks or doing the chorus to others tracks. Actually with a mixtape of his own (http://blackfranksinatra.hi5.com where u can hear some of the tracks), he is also preparing tracks for the mixtape. Influences:R.Kelly Favourite artist: nA ------------------------------------------------------------ -------------------------------------------------- We are trying to increase our family with some new members of wich we have a very good relationship.We are working with: ------------------------------------------------------------ ---------------------------------------------------*)Sk (mc & producer)-very skillful mc actually living in Cape Town (south africa). He recorded with us a track named Take Ova, produced by him and where he also dropped 16 bars with Black and Versatile. He will be producing some tracks for the mixtape and maybe dropping 16 bars in some tracks...who knows!!! ------------------------------------------------------------ ---------------------------------------------------*)Luy( producer)-well known producer for his classic type beats, inspired by Kanye west he master very well the sample techniques. Working with him now, he is probably to made an appearence in our mixtape. The freestyles in this page where dropped in his beats. He produced the sound "Amor de Verao" meaning Summer Love available in this page. ------------------------------------------------------------ -----------------------------------------------------*)Dodi( female Rnb singer) ------------------------------------------------------------ -----------------------------------------------------We also have the intenttion to work with Inflomatic and Leleo, two well known producers of Mozambique. Another step for us is working with artists of other countries. We just heard the tracks of producer stylaz fuego, so he is one oh the boys we want to work and also the girl Pereira.
