M.O.Trio band appeared in the year 2003 and it includes musicians from the RGG Trio. Their music is inspired by the works of Charlie Parker, Theleonius Monk, John Coltrane, Miles Davis and of the contemporary musicians such as Ornette Coleman, Antoine Roney, Tomasz Stanko or Anders Jormin.
M.O.Trio band includes:
Maciej Obara - sax,
Maciej Garbowski - double bass,
Krzysztof Gradziuk - dr.

After 3 years of cooperation the band may boast such important achievements as:
- 3rd place on International Jazz Festival „Jazz Krokus Festival” 2006
- 1st place on Bielska Zadymka Jazz Festival 2007, which resulted in the release of the „Message from Ohayo” recording,
- the tour in Poland with Antoine Roney, the prominent jazz saxophone player from USA.
The leader of the band to his successes includes:
- recognition for the best jazz saxophone player during the International Jazz Festival „Jazz Krokus Festival”, received from Maciej Sikala,
- recordings with Tomasz Stanko for the „Terminal 7” performance in National Theatre,
- participation in the international project of Tomasz Stanko called „Tomasz Stanko Special Project” during the Bielska Jesien Jazzowa Festival 2007, which included such musicians as: Tomasz Stanko - trumpet, Alexi Tuomarila - piano, Jakob Bro - git, Anders Jormin - double bass, Slawomir Kurkiewicz- double bass, Joey Baron - drums,
- cooperation with Tomasz Stanko in his new project "New Balladyna Quartet".
