The passion and love for music brought the four lineups together. From being friends who share the same interest in music, the four talented youngsters came out with the idea of forming a band. After a year of jamming sessions and performing in gigs and events with various names, the band was offered a record deal by NEO GENDANG RECORDS. The band was officially formed with the name CILI when their debut album was releasing. After an exhausting 4 year recording process, their album was finally released on May 17th 2005 entitled KAU BERNAMA CINTA. The album consists 10 songs written by CILI and a few rocking composers; Edrie Hashim, G-Nola, Jemboo (DEF-GAB-C), and CD (Sil-Khannaz). The album is set to rock the local music industry with fresh music, arrangements and vibes that will definitely be an eye-opener for music-lovers nationwide to realise that we have our very own local talents that should be heard, appreciated and loved.
