The word Warrior doesn’t have the same definition to the Indian people as it does to other people. In the ancient ways, it was a man who did what the Grandmothers needed to be done. Or one who serves the People. I am on a Spiritual Journey. That means that I am seeking to further my spiritual knowledge, on my Earthwalk. I’m not some kind of holy man. Just a man. I have the same strengths and weaknesses as any other. We are supposed to make mistakes as we walk the Red Road. Its part of our learning experience on this plane. I am in most respects, just like most other people that you may meet in your life with a few minor exceptions. I live a very simple life, kind of like a monk. Meaning that I have very few possessions. All that I own, I can carry on my back. As a general rule, I don’t drive. I can, and I will in an emergency, or great need. I go to where I am needed. I travel allot. I go many miles out of my way to meet Medicine Men, and Medicine Women, and Elders. To learn what they have to teach me. This is what I am doing with my life. What I do for my bread and butter is Art. I have traveled all over North America, on my Journey, and all along the way I sold me art. I make laser prints at a copy store, and sell them for ten dollars each. I also trade my art. I trade for goods and services, and food. I have recently been working with a good friend of mine on plans to sell my art online. Hess going to put it on E-bay and all that. If it goes well I wont have to spend so much of my time selling my art, and spend it on actually doing my art. I would like to find a good woman to spend some time with. I love the company of a good woman. I was raised by my mother with my two older sisters, so I am quite comfortable in the company of women. Sometimes other men confuse this with me being gay or something, Just because I am soft spoken and don’t go around poking my chest out at everyone, but that’s their problem not mine. The girls like me. I love music. I always have a song stuck in my head, and I’m always singing. I was raised on soul, and Motown, and oldies, not to mention all of the pop music of the 60s ,70s ,80s , and 90s. When I was 16 or so, I got turned on to Rock-n-Roll by my friend Bill. That opened up a whole new world for me. I moved furniture with my father from the time that I was about 12 until I was injured in 1991. I was always one of the biggest and strongest men on the crew. I am still big and strong. But I must admit I have put on a few extra pounds in fat. (I’m working on fixing that though). I’m six feet tall and I weigh 300 lbs. In my younger years, I was a long distance bicyclist. I put on millions of miles, all over Stockton, and Northern California. Hundreds of miles in a day. I am quite comfortable with my own company, so I don’t mind being alone, but I am quite gregarious too. I have friends of all colors all over the country. And all in all, most people like me. I’m a nice guy. My Mama raised me well, so I have good manners. I speak well. I’m well read. I am intelligent. I like the company of intelligent people.
