Warner Robins police are investigating a vehicle collision that happened early this morning near the Waffle House at 1501 Watson Boulevard.Michael Jermaine Henry, 29, of Warner Robins, was traveling west on Watson Boulevard and attempting to make a left turn into the diner's parking lot when he allegedly pulled out in front of a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction, according to a police news release.Henry's 1997 Toyota Camry collided with a 1999 Ford Crown-Victoria driven by William Skinner, 61, a taxi driver for White Top Cab Co., of Warner Robins.Donoris Jackson, 28, of Warner Robins, Henry's passenger, suffered serious injuries in the accident and had to be extricated from the vehicle, according to the release.He was transported to The Medical Center of Central Georgia, where he remained in serious but stable condition earlier today.Skinner and his two passengers, Michael Howell, 21, of Lufkin, Texas, and Daniel Ratliff, 21, of Whitesville, Ky., sustained minor injuries. They each were treated at the Houston County Medical Center and released.Police arrested Henry on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, causing serious injury by vehicle, having an open container and failure to yield to the right of way.Recent CommentsAnyone who drives past the waffle house on watson at 2 AM knows...
