With Frank Vantroyen & Band, Frank ( tubaplayer in the Orchestra of the Flemish Opera)is meeting a new challenge. Together with a number of passionate musicians from the belgian pop and jazz world he is playing in a band where the tuba is extraordinary the leading voice. Next to a number of arrangements they also play new compositions for tuba and band.
The band's first recording was on the CD: Hey 't is Frank.
There are plans for a new recording.
