The primary purpose of this site is to get some exposure of my photography. I am very much an amateur at this point, but have received much encouragement to become more actively involved and published. So, although I currently have two jobs, retirement from one is very near and I will be at the point of being able to change life directions and retire from the other in a few years. That said, my wife and I LOVE Nashville and the area and plan to make that our retirement home. My wife would like to volunteer at the Hall of Fame and with any luck I can get on the active list for being a photographer. This would all be made easier if we could just win the Lottery….lol But, one of the biggest factors that I have learned that makes good photography easier, is access… and you need press credentials or be requested to gain the best access. Right now my main motivation for taking pictures is to get a really good picture that I took signed by the star in the pic… and then it goes on my wall in a nice frame. I have about 100 currently but have many many more to try and get signed and more to take. I am a soldier, a has-been athlete, a wanna be musician, a former farmer, truck driver, salesman, fisherman, hunter, Harley ridin’ Legionnaire, a good friend and a bad enemy. I am someone who tries to see all of life as half full, trusts until I have reason not to, hard headed, yet introspective and will usually always decide in the name of what is right, not what is best for me.
