About Me

Hello everyone and/or anyone,I have long debated whether to begin work on a page such as this. Seemed a bit trendy, more for the younger crowd, etc, but I have decided to see what comes of it. It surely can't hurt to get some additional exposure for the book.Where to begin....? It probably is best to simply say that this book has exceeded anything I could have ever imagined. I told myself, and a number of other people, that if I sold 1,000 copies I would be happy. Let's be realistic, non-fiction books about military campaigns, are not exactly bestsellers. At this point, without giving away too much info, I left 1,000 copies behind long ago.The book was released on April 1, 2006 so the one year anniversary is quickly approaching and the books shows no signs of letting up. One thing I did hear early on appears to be true. Unlike many fiction books, good non-fiction has no expected life span. Frankly the same book can go on indefinitely, selling at a steady pace. God knows books written by Stephen Ambrose will be selling well for decades.More later....
