This awesome myspace layout is from 1LAyout.com I am happily married and not looking for any sexual relationships.
I am an avid War Between the States buff. I like learning about different aspects of the war, especially little known facts. I belong to a heritage group called the Sons of Confederate Veterans. For this, you have to be related to a Confederate Veteran. In our local camp, we honor our heritage by placing a wreath at the Confederate monument at the Court House, place flags on Confederate soldiers' grave for Confederate Memorial Day (May 10th, here), meet once a month to learn about the true history of the War Between the States, participate in local parades, go to middle schools and educate young people about the facts regarding the WBTS, and so on. We do not accept racism. We welcome all who wish to honor their Confederate heritage. After all, the war did not start over slavery issues, but over states' rights. Yankees honor their "Civil War" dead. Why, then, can Southerners not honor their Confederate dead?
I like giving educational programs about the true history of our country with regard to the War Between the States.
My Interests
I'd like to meet:
Other Sons of Confederate Veterans members or others that are interested in the SCV or the War Between the States and want to learn the truth on why the Confederacy seceeded and we fought.
