Ben Cook, 21, is an all-round artiste and energetic performer.
A powerful singer & songwriter, a bass guitar pioneer, a trombonist and a competent acoustic guitarist: Ben is all of these things with deep passion and commitment.Style is no limit, and genre is no boundary, as Ben has played extensively in almost every conceivable genre, alongside such notable names as Mungo Jerry, Basil Gabbidon (of Burning Spear) and Lonnie Donnogan. His training includes studies at Birmingham Conservatoire and Wolverhampton University as well as placements in numerous youth orchestras and ensembles.One of Bens recent recordings with Christina Shergold, attracted radio airplay from no less than every radio station in the Devon area and even sneaking in on Radio One prime time!Add to this a keen ear, a fast learner and a professional, focussed attitude; Ben is well equipped for anything the music industry might throw his way.Teaching

Influences: Michael Manring, Stu Hamm, Beehive, Delirious, Skillet, Power Of Omens.....this list could get long! I'm into all kinds of acid jazz, heavy metal and a lot of rock. I mostly listen to Christian bands because what you put into your life and your music comes out of it. I don't want a playlist full of anger and frustration and sex.
