Every song you will hear on this profile is a bootleg, recorded on my home computer with Quicken Pro on the same microphone I use to talk on Skype. I'm a learner at the moment-- I spend a lot of time sitting in my living room banging away trying to figure out how to play the guitar and how to sing while I play. I have no ambitions to be a professional musician. But I like music; I like to write songs, and I've started this MySpace profile as an experiment in the idea that works in progress can be interesting, that for people to watch an artist evolve and grow can be interesting, that art must not always be polished and practiced, but that there is value in witnessing the raw act of creation... and that is what these songs will be--raw...but sincere. If nothing else these songs, as well as my efforts to learn, are sincere. So enjoy.... or should I say, good luck...
