How I made my profile:
I used Dave & Jay's amazing myspace editor . Kk Da Kum Up Kid rocked the music industry in 2000 with his hit single featuring 8 Ball ( of the legendary rap group 8 Ball and MJG) Hard Timez. Hard Timez was released on Black Chief Records. ( Independent Atlanta based record company.) While signed to Black Chief Records KK DA Kum Up Kid lent his talents to songs such as CHOP CHOP AND OH LORD. KK Da Kum Up Kid is one of the pioneers of the underground rap scene in Atlanta, along with Sammy Sam, CMP, Thug Nation,ESC, Keylo, Damn Shame, Kizzy Rock, Shay D, JD, DJ Smurf, Slick Boyz, Jezzy, Joc, T.I., Dro, A-Town Playas, Manish Mann and Mr. Ku Dollar just to name a few.In 2003 KK Da Kum Up Kid parted ways with Black Chief Records. In the same year KK Da Kum Up Kid linked up with Way 2 Real Records. ( Independent record company in Atlanta). While working with Way 2 Real Records KK Da KumUp Kid work with artists such as Manish Mann, Ghetto Mafia, Damn Shame, and Lil Scrappy.Eventually KK parted ways with Way 2 Real Records, but held on to the knowledge that he gained from the experience and used it to implement a million dollar plan and became a force to reckon with in the music industry.In 2005 KK wrecked his motorcycle and was paralyzed. While the doctors said that he would never walk again KK made a full recovery.........now in 2008 DA Kum Up Kid is back and the wait is over. He signed himself to his self and is ready to get to the money!!!!!!!!! With his new label SEC Records Inc, that he started with his business partners Slick Boy Ziggy, Mann Up and Ms. Mia, KK is embarking on a whole new swag. He's bringing real hood music back.His Sophomore album, A Long Time Coming will be dropping soon so be on the look out for it.
