I've had a crazy life. Many incredible experiences and tragedies alike. I spent most of my youth being a fuck up and moving around a lot, so I started a band, a lot of shitty bands actually. Then it all came together with (hed). We had a great run for a number of years, at the forefront of the Punk & Hip Hop bands. We toured with everyone from Korn to System of a Down, traveling around the world several times and to 23 different countries. We were catch of the day on KROQ and on rotation at Mtv. We had the amazing experience of jamming with the Black Eyed Pea's, Dead Kennedys and playing for crowds of over 80,000 people. Then like many things, it came time to move on. I think I'd be dead by now if I hadn't. I miss my brothers dearly and will always hold those times as the most amazing and magical -for lack of a more macho word. Today I am still writing and licensing my music as well as collaborating with other musicians & artists. Since the touring days I have saved my life by making changes that I never thought I could. Because of that ANYTHING is now possible...The joy is the tribulation and the journey.
Now my days are filled with writing music, playing guitar and art. I thrive being active and being outdoors as much as possible. Surfing, jogging, hiking -anything that keeps me moving.
I'm looking forward to whats next because it's always something better and entirely different than I could have imagined.
