About Me

I hate so much about the way you are.

My Interests

(in no particluar order) live music, outdoors, ridin' bikes, basketball, stencils, kaya, traveling, laughing, loving, searching, reading, learning, listening, jivin', jammin' and occasional acts of justified vandalism.

I'd like to meet:

All the CEOs, CFOs and Board Members from every Fortune 500 Company, anyone with a significant investment in any Multi-National Corporation, Bankers, Power Brokers, Do-nothing Celebrities, Pop Stars, Politicians, Religious Right, Red Necks, Real Estate Developers and anyone else screwin' it up for the rest of us in the name of freedom/liberty, the bottom line, security, Amerikkka, or God. You've stolen from us all and I have two fists, no waiting.

Music:

I don't discriminate (Actually I do, but not in regards to genre). I only require that it spark some type of emotion or thought, comes from the soul, makes me shake my booty when appropriate, and is free of refrences to bling, bentleys, and bitches (except in a satirical context, in which case I love that shit). Underground always outshines the mainstream, but just because an artist makes some cash doesn't mean I will abandon them, but don't give me a damn reason (i.e. break out hit that actually sucks compared to previous work but gets major label support because you got some whore to shake her ass in the video and let 50 Cent do a cameo, trust me folks that ain't hip-hop).

Movies:

Waking Life, Big Lebowski, Rushmore, Scratch, Anchorman, Run Ronnie Run, Donnie Darko, Hoop Dreams, Altered States, Grass, Metropolis, Y tu Mama Tambien, Lovers of the Arctic Circle, Slam, Team America, The Red Violin, Garden State, Citizen Kane, SLC Punk, Half Baked, Napolean Dynamite, V For Vendetta...

Television:

PBS is usually safe, Adult Swim, Sports, The Daily Show, The Office (BBC version/US version is growing on me), Nature shows, Freaks and Geeks, My Name is Earl, Chappelle's Show. I also have a minor obsession with a few of the television personalities from the Food Network.

Books:

A lot of historical and non-fiction books, but I am down for anything: Motorcycle Diaries, Johnny Got His Gun, Live From Death Row, anything by Howard Zinn, Seven Stories Press Open Media Series, Fast Food Nation, Fahrenheit 451, 1984, any gloomy Orwellian type novels, the Boondocks collection (it may be a comic, but you still have to read), and Revolutionary Suicide. Reading is fun-damental!

Heroes:

single parents, drop-outs, suicide bombers, the homeless, the working class, schizophrenics, immigrants, emigrants, vandals, addicts, artists, peasant armies and anyone else who puts the fear in America's ruling class.
