Well yall I'm a wild eyed southern boy who brought southern dryrub BBQ across the Mason Dixie Line. We have a lot of fun sitting out here on the Nebraska tailwaters of the Missouri river. We get to serve folks good food and watch eagles fly. We smoke up pulled pork and make 'er squeal baby, oh and the baby back ribs, with a dry rub on ummm! Plus we are the only brisket smokers up here. Lots of folks come out to eat our famous cobbler, peach and berry, they are award winning for sure.
