I love love love love music. It is so powerful, it can alter your mood, change your life and the lives of those around you. One thing that especially interests me is the psychology of music. I believe people have been mastered by music, allowing it to take over their lives, influence them in the way they speak, their attitude, what they wear etc. Music is a beautiful gift and it should be mastered by people. Other than thinking about that i don't do much else. I love people, i value relationships. I have nothing against hobbies but when i die it won't matter what i've learned but who i've affected.
God. Someone like me. Dave Grohl. Taylor Hawkins. Matthew Paul Turner. Donald Miller. - come to think about it, i'd like to meet everybody. I think everyone is interesting.
I love a bit of everything. Classical, rock, classic rock, oldies, i love oldies. Foo Fighters are my all time favorite band ever in the history of bands. I think their music is brilliant and Dave Grohl's voice can do no wrong. There is one type of music i am always in the mood for, Hymns in any form, Hymns are beautiful any way you put them. Hymns are so powerful, the lyrics are so tried and true. Sung for centuries and not a word has fallen to the floor. God's power and love and mercy and presence have been true to so many people for so many years and is still true today. Other than Foo Fighters and Hymns i listen to LCD Soundsystem, Of Montreal, Red hot chili peppers, Weezer, Letters to Cleo, Regina Spektor, Queen, The White Stripes and other stuff too. I also really like singing classical.
Amazing Grace, Big Fish, Dirty Love, Bridget Jones' Diary, Empire Records, Clueless. there are others...
Flight of the Conchords, Dancing with the stars, Arrested Development. Manamana

I don't read much, i don't like to concentrate. However anything by Matthew Paul Turner is worthy of my attempt at concentration. I read his blog at jesusneedsnewpr.com if that counts for a habit of reading. I also really like the Screwtape Letters by C.S Lewis. I am currently in the process of reading Blue Like Jazz by Donald Miller; that's working out splendidly...
Ofcourse Jesus is the ultimate Hero. But other than GOD my hero is my Danielly, she saves me all the time. I can't imagine that a better friend outside of God exists.
