9. Disappointments are like road bumps, they slow you down a bit but you enjoy the smooth road afterwards.

11. When you feel down because you didn't get what you want, just sit tight and be happy, because God has thought of something better to give you.
12. When something happens to you, good or bad, consider what it means. There's a purpose to life's events, to teach you how to laugh more or not to cry too hard.

15. We spend too much time looking for the right person to love or finding fault with those we already love. When instead we should be perfecting the love we give.

Conformity seems ideal, yet more often than not I choose the path towards individuality. I like what I like and do what I feel like doing to please myself, but never to fit in. Everything that I am and do is shaped by my own decisions, but I always have room for sifted advice and inspirations. I try my best not to look into other people's windows, baka magka-kuliti lang ako hahahahhaa. Success is defined by how much you have surpassed the accomplishments of your old self, not of others. There will always be someone better and less than you. Life is an ongoing journey and can never be a destination...so enjoy the hike ( I know I do, and I'm loving it ;-)
