Using a guitar tablature program known as Guitar Pro (screenie below), I have spent some time simulating the songs written by Muse in my own interpretation. These files can be found lots of places on the net, I use mainly Ultimate-Guitar.com.

It works by playing notes in Midi format in order of how you apply them into the musical scores given to you by the program. There is an added feature of Real sound effects where the program replaces the midi noises with real sound clips of actual instruments, which to me sounds a lot better than Midi.
On this page I have uploaded recorded MP3s of what I thought were my best attempts at Muse's songs in Midi format. Some I have tried to simulate the vocals with Midi, others I have left as instrumentals. There is also a huge catalogue of songs available to upload here, four song slots are simply not enough so if you would like a specific song uploaded, please don't hesitate to ask.

Again, I do not own the songs, I have not written them myself, I am just a fan with no life and enough time to simulate their songs.
