About Me

I am foremost a wife, mother, grandmother, friend, and a student of life. I've been married for 30 years to the love of my life and we have two beautiful daughters. Three years ago I learned the joys of being a grandparent and am now blessed to have two beautiful grandsons to love.I am currently working on my Master's degree in Library and Information Science. After 29 years of teaching English at both the middle school and high school level, I am now a library media specialist at a high school.

My Interests

being with family, reading, gardening, surfing the net, scrapbooking (rarely have time, but love to buy stuff for it!), hummingbirds, wind chimes, and reading about dieting, fitness, and nutrition (Lifetime Weight Watchers member who has backslidden for now)
