There was just one person at the begining....The idea to find a band was made around year 2005. Three friends from basic school, Swarm, Iscariah and Demon did the first step, and found band.AoH should be primary melodic black metal band, but after first sounds we decided to not play melodic black metal. So, is year 2006, Swarm and his fellow-tribesmans found Brno's melodic metal band Arch Of Hell. The members are Swarm, Iscariah and Demon. In winter Swarm met a great guy, bass guitarist Jura, who has interest to operate on one small project and later he decided to stay in the band.In the beginning came up songs like Sadness, and original version of Overall Death song, which is later updated. There are personal problems and changes soon in the band. Band had so many auditions a week and it might was the reason why Demon miss many of them, that's why he was kicked out of AoH band.Meanwhile, young helping hand called Scyrion played with band for a while, and after Demon's leave, Scyrion became new guitaristIn May 2006 Swarm began to forge first sounds of oncoming promo, which would be based on melodic solo guitar and vehement noise of doubled guitars, although totally depressive and uncompromis album made from band members feelings. Later, other band members started to help Swarm with making noises for album. First songs are ready... July 2006 - Promo gets name "Overall Death" similar with first song. 23.7. 2006 - New drummer with devilish play style joined the band. Arch Of Hell is now complete: Swarm - vocals, solo guitar, Scyrion - following guitar Iscariah - keyboards, Jura - bass guitar, Indián - drums2.10. 2006 After many preparations we started with recording Overall Death We record in Brno's ammunation works in our testing room. Mixing was Swarm's charge and bookled made Narcius. Well, here we go, news about AoH. After few problems in the band, me and Scyrion reduced its members. After Indián we really kicked out our keyboards player. The reason was, her other opinion about band work, she didn't come to auditions and she didn't really participate on any band activities. Jura will be next one, who are going to leave AoH, but the reason is a bit different. He's going to became student of 2 high school, and he probably would not be able to make the time for band. I really wish him everything good, and i hope he will be successfull. We made a agreement about playing at 2 coming concerts at autumn, and he will leave after. So, two of us remains, me and Scyrion....but we already have new drummer...we will give more info laterYou are maybe wondering, why there is almost half band out, when it seems to be everything all right at concerts. We did this becouse of band, and becouse of private problems in band. Other members were angry at ME, when i made anything for band, to raise it. We made AoH flag with Scyrion, there would be one more concert, a clip would be filmed. But all of this was refused by the band, becouse members think, something like flag, or clip is absolutelly unessessary thing. We didn't play that concert, becouse nobody want to, i accept that, i don't want to push on anybody. They didn't like my activity for band.But i didn't disable them to leave band any time. Exmembers are saying, i am a slaver, becouse i recruited them into coming to auditions and EVEN playing there. They weve also certituded, that playing at concerts is a luxury, we can't afford, so the best is to be in auditions room and just play and play. I am certitude about when you successfully played something in audition room, isn't same like play that at concert, coue there is different atmosphere, terms.... I know, some concerts are going to be bad, but when there is a chance to do that, we should accept it. Becouse we are enjoying that, and it's just on the audience, if they are enjoying our music even with mistakes. We are enjoying that, and that's important. We are enjoy everything about band, other members probably couldn't understand this. That's why we ended their work in band. We don't want to play with people, who don't like the music we play.
So, we closed one of the Arch Of Hell chapters. We instruct, that arrange a concert, and also play there as a "guest", isn't the best idea :P, but you might review that. We are really pleased, that you came on the concert and also we want thank to bands, and they were so benevolent and helped us with our bad financial situation. Thanks....The band starts a new chapter with this concert, and we are not going to concerting for half a year. We already found all band members, and now we are going to practice our new material for our first full lenght album. For our fans we will record first song as a preview from the preparing album. The song is called "Nostalgia"We will soon introduce our new members, look forward for it :P.We would like to separate with Jura this way. This concert was last for him, and we have to thank him a lot for his playing with Arch Of Hell....He brought a lot awesome bass riffs, he was a great friend (i hope he will still be) and he was an integral part of the band....Thanks again JirÃ
