In Memoriam

In Memoriam is a tribute album to a great person and friend, Richard, who passed away much too early in May 2006. Anyone of Richard's friends were asked to contribute with any original musical piece of their own choice given the one rule that the song, remix or whatever contribution had to be unique for this album.
The idea for this album sprung from another project that was done in 1998 after Richard had recovered from a serious case of Guillain-Barré syndrome. Then some of his musical friends got together and made a compilation album (CD-R) named "Richard Aid". This gesture and album was highly appreciated by Richard despite the fact that most of the Photoshop modified cover art portrayed him in dubious and uncomplimentary situations. Last year after the memorial ceremony we all got together again and decided to do a serious release in the same spirit as "Richard Aid", this time available to the public.
All profit from this album - that is financed by his friends involved in this project - will be given away to cancer research.
