I remember when I used to have interests......reading, drinking caffeinated beverages and doing the crossword puzzle, awkward social situations I'm a master at those, running, photography, studying... I know its sick, hanging out with my little boy, walking my dog when I have time, firing up the mp3 player and dancing around the house, (I'm an amazing dancer) composting... I have an unnatural fixation with watching things decompose, gardening, gardening, gardening, I have an understandable fixation with watching things grow, taking off my clothes and standing in front of the mirror until I see something I like... sometimes it takes days, landscaping, nursing- both kinds!!!, I'm a breastfeeding champion! YOu should see my trophy. redheads-I have too many to count, but I especially like the drunken lecherous, philandering ones. doing things I shouldn't, writing letters I never intend to send, but sending them anyway. sleeping a lot, listening to music, full frontal male nudity, you know, the basics. And of course... ISAIAH ISAIAH ISAIAH.... he is my life.

I don't have a television. It broke. I still find a lot of joy, however, in sitting in the rocking chair and staring mindlessly at the broken television.
most recently, "reading lolita in tehran"- an excellent book, I highly reccomend it. "a short history of nearly everything" by bill bryson, memoirs of a geisha, "The motorcycle diaries". It's a publication of che guevera's journal writings during his travels in south america as a youngin, (also excellent) "the red tent" by anita diamant, "baby catcher" by Peggy Vincent is an excellent choice for anyone interested in natural childbirth, or childbirth in general, anything by Tom Robbins: "Even cowgirls get the blues" is a great way to start, "prodigal summer" by barbara kingsolver, "chronicles" by bob dylan, "Lasher" by anne rice, if can get past the incest invovling a thirteen year old girl, its a good read
