Hush Hysteria began its musical journey in May 2007 under the name of FARCRy. FARCRy wrote, recorded, promoted, and performed original music in North Carolina until peacefully parting ways in February 2008.
Without losing any momentum, remaining members Sarah Shelton and Aaron Wilson began looking for new musicians to continue where FARCRy left off. After holding open auditions, Nathalie Eacho made the cut as the new powerhouse vocalist fronting the band. At this time, the band name changed to Hush Hysteria, which signifies a paradox in sound. Mason Self was then added as the new bassist and Andrew Eacho as an additional guitarist.
Various members of the group have been writing new material to record and perform in the near future. Hush Hysteria's style has not completely abandoned FARCRy's original genre, but has definitely added and included different elements to form a heavy rock/pop sound.
The band will be traveling to South Carolina this summer to record a professional LP/EP and return home to begin promoting it live in local venues.
Rough demos with new vocals will be up by mid-May if not before.
