Currently I am not in a band !! I'm just a guy that love's to write songs, I have to write to deal with life, so i guess that makes me a "songwritter". I am from London Ontario Canada, I have been playin guitar for almost 20 years now, and have played bass for at least 10. I jam on the drums, love to use the recording gear, or anything that makes noise that I can get my hands on. My friends tell me not to sing, but sometimes I cant even help myself. I have searched for years for the perfect band but found that either talent, dedication or chemistry, was always missing. I had the most luck forming bands with friends and most of my bands included long time friend and Frontman/Vocalist Chris Matthews. Over the last ten years Chris and I have been in way too many bands, "Gut Check", "EdgeWise", "shifter" (which was later determined to be taken) and changed to "shifted" Which had finally ended up as "The Shifted" most of these bands also included Geoff Greaves on guitar, and Matty Cole or Mike Warren on the drums. With very relative success, minimal help and Maximum effort the band all decided to go their separate ways. I am currently recording songs in wide varieties of different styles, and experimenting with anything and everything I can, to try and find different ideas to make my songs better in the future. Every single song I write comes from the heart, the lyrics are usually personal, and my one and only way I have that I can express myself. This is also the best way I know how to be either, really understood, or really misunderstood. Love it or hate it, Id really love to hear what you think!
