I am here for Friends

About Me

I work as an analyst in medical informatics, before that as a Nurse in a major trauma center. I've been married for 17 years and couldn't be happier (just had to accept my fate:) I have the best son in the world. Shar-Peis and Pugs plague me, really the 2K I spent on the shar-pei is an abberation since Xmas 2006. It's always "some dude" and "two beers" which will get you in trouble:) That "some dude" is one troublesome bastard I tell ya.

My Interests

Medicine, Informatics, History, Politics, Literature, Computers

I'd like to meet:

"Some dude" that doesn't disturb those poor souls sitting on their front porch about to go to church or just walking down the street.

I edited my profile at Doobix.com

"It's not right!" I'm not sure what's worse, wasting my time reading about Paris or actually enjoying her misery? I usually try to avoid reading about entertainers and celebrities. I'll glance at the ...

Surprise Birthday party

Affordable Suburbs- yeah, right!

IMAX review

Over the weekend I saw Spider-Man 3 at the IMAX. The movie itself was good and I'm going to go see it again. Not because I liked it that much but because I need to see it from a more distant vantage p...

Annoying Friends on MySpace

I think MySpace is great for new and established bands. What I don't like is adding a new artist as a friend and they send out bulletins 10+ times a week. That gets annoying as hell. One artist posted...

Scifi Time Waster

Two web browser games that sucked me in are Ogame.org and Space Pioneers. Build up resources, build up fleets and then go raiding. Simple to just login and spend a few minutes then be on your way each...

Moron Moment

Don Imus made a completely ignorant and stupid statement last week. Imus is now paying an appropriate price for his comment. Imus went on Al Sharpton's radio show today as an act of contrition for hi...
