All material on this site regarding Hellboy II is copy righted by Universal Studio... ************************************************************ ************************************Luke was born at 6:15 PM in the evening of September 29, 1968 eleven minutes later his twin brother Matt was born. Luke’s parent’s divorced when he and Matt where five. At age seven another men was introduced into Luke’s life, Tony Phillips, he had two children Carolyn & Adam. Carolyn tragically died at age eighteen, hit by a drunk driver. At age twelve Luke was given a drum set from his mom & step dad and a musician was born. In high school Luke started his own band and introduced his brother Matt into the music world. Luke, Matt and a school friend made up The Bros in 1986. The Bros had 13 hit singles and 3 hit albums. Before their career took off Luke had met a young singer named Shirley Fredrick's born in 1960. Shirley’s sister Dee was already in the business and had changed her name to Lewis; Shirley did the same. Shirley had a young daughter Carli from a previous relationship. Luke and Shirley have been together ever since; marrying in 1994. After five successful years and 2 world tours with the Bros Luke was informed the money was gone. The contract his parent’s had signed on his behalf had in titled his record company to take a cut from the top leaving the bottom Luke and Matt broke. It was an unfair contract, and Luke decided to Leave the Bros breaking up the band. Matt went to LA and Luke started fresh but in debt; he sold everything he owned and started Luke Goss and the Band of Thieves. In 1993 Luke wrote the book "I Owe You Nothing" it stayed several weeks on the top 10 best sellers and went into 3 reprints; it is know out of print; the only way to find it is on eBay. Luke was offered a theater role in Plan 9 From Outer Space and then went on to do Grease in the UK. In 2000 Luke was cast as Nomak in Blade II he has had several movies since. August 2008 Luke will be appearing in another block buster movie directed by Guillermo Del Toro (Blade II) Hellboy II. On this site you will find fellow cast members and old and new friends. Enjoy!
