It all started back in 1978 for me. I seen Kool Moe Dee at the hotel diplomat in the city, I was bit by the BUG, I've been writing/emcing ever since. in 80, i got down with a set around my way, the sound experience with my peeps, lyvio g. in south jamaica, queens at that time, we was doing park jams and really became popular. in 82 we met a guy named p fine from a rap show on nyu radio called rap this. in 87, i did a parody song under the name of mr x and mr z called " i drink old gold". a "knock" of the song "i know you got soul" by eric b and rakim. from there, i met, spanish prince, marc, mike, flave, and kev, and we formed a group called " eightball" in 90. we put out a few indie records and had a little buzz going. the group parted ways, but my "brother" flave stuck with me, and we created a group called " 25 is life". put out some joints, made a little buzz, had some offers from some labels, but never panned out. i started doing some label work 2001 for a indie named fully blown/bronx science. thats where i met celph titled, he heard some of my stuff and put me with his team. so, i always was down with hip hop and i won't stop until im dead. imagine being 70 year old and still droppin verses,,,,http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9hig5bcImNI
