If I could tell you something that most people don't notice about me, it's that I'm influenced by people I meet far more than they think. People often compare celebrities to heros, but I see true heros are not necessarily broadcasted on TV. People who accomplish extraordinary things are quite ordinary, if you ask me. They're often found right there! As in....right in front of you... Your mom, your dad, your sister, brother, neighbors, friends and strangers alike - they're the usual type.
We dissolve this by recording our progress with over-hype of material objects.. while the most important aspects of life remain relatively underrated. Afterall, how are we supposed to measure the enormous victory behind a smile? Is it because smiles and laughter are only as good as our memory while *bling* is a physical reminder that there is *something*?
We're always looking for something to remind us of our purpose... I'd say *bling* goes out of style but the warmth we obtain will stay with us forever.
Heroes:
"You need teachers in life, but they're not always school teachers or professors. You learn from ordinary people. You learn from travel, from just walking down the street."
