I am many things, to many people. And many people may describe me in many ways. However, when I consider MYSELF (and really, that's what matters most)...my walk...my life, I declare, I AM A WORSHIPPER. More than anything, I desire to be in HIS presence...endowed with HIS glory...filled with HIS Spirit. Worship comforts and strengthens me. Worship uplifts and sustains me. Worship is who I am! And, I don't mind waiting on the Lord. Growing in grace, has allowed me to know HIM in a better way, everyday! Through trials and tribulations, tears and pain, TODAY ~ I am sure of my calling, anointing, and appointment. I only need approval and affirmation from HE who redeemed me and calls me HIS own! I am excited about my ministry gifts ... and talents that are my contribution to the Body of Christ. (LOL) Listen, I've just met this chick myself! Whether the handle is Reverend, Elder, Overseer, Shepherdess, etc. I am and always will be your sistah in Christ. A child of the King can never be defined by a mere title. The Body of Christ is a FAMILY, and families don't have titles! Families have relationships! But, for those who truly believe they are what ever title they've decided to give themselves, um, if I can't call you by your first name then we aren't family or friends! I have been in the field of Special Education for more than 19 years. I have taught Basic Skills, Compensatory Education, and Supplemental Instruction for grades K thru 12 in private, parochial, and public schools in Passaic, Essex, and Union counties. My current assignment is most precious to me. Presently, I am changing lives in a English Literature Resouce Room in Union Senior High School. My students (esp. my boyz) are my heart!

For the past 27 years, I have been highly favored and abundantly blessed to be Abiding in Holy Matrimony with the "Best Husband in the World", Genie Knox! We have three adult children: LaForest,Jr. aka "Doobie", Delani Laniere, and Jourden Siobhan. But I also have children of my heart, Kyle Russell and Tierra LeShay. My first grandchild, Master Kian Maurice Knox, is the joy of my life. August 20, 2007, a granddaughter, Miss Kalia Justene Parsons-Knox arrived. And...early Christmas morning 2007, I was blessed with another grandson! Prince Anthony J. Pryor, Jr. I am a woman highly favored and most blessed!
I am honored to be in ministry fellowship with New Covenant Fellowship located in Clark, NJ, under the leadership of the very humble Pastor Milton B. Hobbs. I cheerfully serve as Worship Leader, Resident Teacher, 1st Mother (LOL), and All-Around Chief Agitator (LMBO)!!! I love my fellowship family!
