Born in ibiza, Valentin Started his career at 15 years old playing the ibiza winter movement. His love for deep house music took him to play at ibiza´s most selected places like Mao rooms, Bambudha Groove, El Ayounn, La Alternativa or Blue Marlin where he was resident dj for two years (05-06) at the same time Valentin was also playing at places like Pacha and Space with some of the wordl´s top djs like Cesar de Melero, Dj Pippi, Jose de Divina all the time gaining the respect of his peers.
In 2005 Valentin becomes the resident dj at Cafe del mar making him the youngest to do so in the wordl famous bars long history. Valentin plays the Ibiza institucion like a veteran, smoothly guiding a daily crowd of 2500 throuhg the auntentic balearic sound. Also after just finishing a tour for Asia whit Paco Fernandez, Valentin has just edited his first work of lounge music recieving excellent reviews.
2006 Valentin start to host his own weekly radioshow at Ibiza Sonica, the most important electronic radio in ibiza , radio shows with some of the wordl´s top djs like Carl Cox, Ritchie Hawtink, Danny Tenaglia, Sven Vath, Lenny Ibizarre, John Digweed , Charles Webster o Francesco Farfa...
2007 his dj sets took him to play at the most important places with djs like Roger Sanchez, importants events like Space opening party, Carl cox opening party, Music for dreams festival (Kenneth Bager) sharing line up with Carl Craig, Radio Slave, Jose Gonzalez between others, also is playing 1 monthly resident in El Club and internacional gigs in places like India, Italy, England, Austria, Denmark, Slovenia,Venezuela o Germany.
November is the release date of his firts compilation with Cafe del mar music called Chill House vol 5
His style starts with Chill music in all its aspects, then ot takes in Nu disco, Dub, Down-tempo, Jazz... and finally arriving to House & electronica, all the time searching for groove and elegance.
Valentin has firmly put the balearic beat back on the planet ibiza and he is definitively a dj name you wanna keep eye on.
