About Me

U know Pippi? Pippi Langstrump, Longstocking, Fakidomiti, Dalgotochoraphe? She was the strongest girl in the world, would NEVER grow old, lived in a big house by herself, had a horse and a monkey and would do anything for her friends. I like her a lot. Although I wouldn't mind sharing my flat. And I don't own a horse. Or a monkey.

My Interests

Karate-Do Kase Ha Shotokan Ryu, sailing, riding my bike, languages & communication, cooking for friends, dancing, watching people skate-ride bmxs-surf, snowboard, working out ways to finally have both enough money AND enough time to enjoy it!

I'd like to meet:

HH the Dalai Lama. A dolphin out in the open sea. An alien. No, not George Bush. A REAL alien. So far I've been blessed with encounters of amazing people that teach me and inspire me and light me up so I don't ask for more.

Music:

Depends if it is for dancing to or not. Then again it depends if I'm dancing alone in my living room [last one enjoyed: Enciferum-Guardians of Fate], in a club [last enjoyed: Abba-Dancing Queen], if I'm dancing for someone in my flat [Patsy Kline-Crazy], if I'm sto panigiri stin Ikaria [ikariotiko] i sto Lala [kalamatiano], to xorio tis mamas. Forget it. Then again, I couldn't live without Keith Jarrett's Koln Concert and my favourite massage CD is Boubacar Traore's "Kar Kar". I suppose I don't make much sense music wise. I grew up with dad's music, Bob Dylan, Bob Marley, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Ella Fitzgerald, Louis Armstrong, Miles Davis, Abba, Caetano Veloso, music from Brazil, Sweden, Greece, even China(!?), Hollywood musicals, classical music. I don't think there's music I dislike. To unwind: Pat Metheny-most, Jan Garbarek-most, Kid Loco-the graffity artist and so many more. Special place in my heart: Freddie Mercury.
