Artist Bio:DJ Manix, aka Anthony Mayer, began working with music at the early age of 13 playing guitar in several Heavy Metal bands. Eventually, he ventured into dance music. Influenced by such acts as Junkie XL, Sasha, John Digweed, as well as the earlier sounds of electronic music such as Kraftwork, Manix began performing in early 1998 anywhere he could get a gig. He soon earned a great reputation as a DJ and gained many residencies at various locations around Las Vegas. While gaining the respect of the local party-goers as well as the well known DJs in Las Vegas, Manix always had great reviews. Manix now solely concentrates on his own production work and remixes. He continues to distribute them to various DJs and labels. Currently Manix is releasing tracks at www.Releasepromo.com, and www.Releaserecords.com.
