Peculiar People

It's Time! It's time to stop faking, it's time to stop procrastinating, and it's time for a change!! If not now, then when? It's the year 2008 and Peculiar People has experienced many ups and downs throughout the 4 ½ years that they have been doing ministry. The challenges and obstacles that Peculiar People have faced has only added fuel to the fire. Peculiar People have been dedicated to freeing people up from traditional practices that have been forced upon our youth and young adults. The bible says "there will come a time where true worshippers will worship the father in spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshippers the father seeks", and that time is NOW! A part of worshipping in truth is being true to who you are and who God created you to be. God has given us the green light to praise him freely and genuinely. Peculiar People are leading a movement that is drawing young people closer to God through worship. Through the Friday Night Jams, the block parties, conferences, and many other events, Peculiar People will continue to spread the gospel, proclaiming that worship is a LIFESTYLE! Mission Statement:
Our mission statement is summed up in these four tasks:
• To elevate our master Jesus Christ.
• To promote Christ's message of walking in Faith , Love, Unity and TRUE WORSHIP through our music.
• To press those who are not saved to accept his call to break free from bondage and invite Jesus into their hearts for he died so that we might live free!
• To challenge those who are already saved to become true worshipers of Christ.
