Sounds Like: Dj Marco Fricke Bio:Influenced and inspired by artists like young mc, prince, blackstreet and others it wasn..t a big surprise he soon got caught wearing white gloves and break-dance in front of his grandma.
Maybe this incident in 1989, when house music conquered the clubs, was the point when he decided to focus on the music and not impressing his grandma with way to big gloves and untalented moves.Listening to music the whole day, snatching into clubs he was to young to go to, he quickly became the new music lexicon for his friends and the girls just loved him because of his double tape deck. Overwealmed from the audience reactions on different dj..s he more and more wanted to step into the club scene.Almost 10 years later the circle slowly began to close as he started his dj career, playing at several little clubs, bars and events. Where he build up his reputation having 100 – 150 Bookings a year.Besides playing at many great national events and several top clubs in germany, he recently won the Becks Beer Award with the magazine Prinz as Best Dj 2006/2007!Known for his outgoing and always crowd orientated way to play, he..s combining a lot of soundstyles from Electro/Progressive/Deep house to crazy surprising tracks in his set.Keeping the crowd movin, that..s what brings him a smile on his face.Right now he has a residency at following Clubs/Events:
