About Me

From an early age Kura has been passionate about music. Strongly influenced by Hip Hop (i.e. all 5 elements) and later Drum & Bass started DJing in 1993. Kura and his brother Smooth Jay formed the crew Jungle Warfare Productions in 1994. This tag team played back to back double barrelled sets mixing different genres to excite the crowd.In 1999 Kura started to produce Hip Hop and Drum & Bass tracks under J.W.P. In the year 2000 he formed with rapper Inzaine to provide cuts, scratches & bruises for his first LP "You Sick F***", they have acomplished many projects together. This is raw UK Hip Hop with an often dark approach and style.
