I was part of the secretive The Big Lie project. And, I'm currently demoing new material for a project to be recorded this year.As for now, I'm a marketing guru and mastermind.

Southpark - Bigger, Longer and Uncut. Hands down the best musical since... ever! -----Field of Dreams.Lost in Translation. The soundtrack is dope too. -----Amelie. I just put that in here to impress girls. No - I really did like the movie. Seriously. -----Most Coen Brothers pictures... especially The Big Lebowski. I'm so depressed that they've torn down the Hollywood Star Lanes. That was my A1 hangout when I first moved to LA. I had 4 of the top 5 scores on the "Theater of Magic" pinball machine there. (2-5, unfortunately. I never could beat the top score) And for what? To build a school? Kids need a place to bowl. They can learn anywhere!
The Daily Show. Jon Stewart kills me. The writing is brilliant. Colbert Report... South Park, 30 Rock. Suns games.
Check out Greg Palast's Armed Madhouse.I read a lot of political non-fiction. When I read "The Price of Loyalty", Ron Suskind's brilliant biography of Paul O'Neill during his time as Secretary of the Treasury, I knew that America would be f'd for the forseeable future. It's the strongest view inside the mindset of this administration. Insightful -and just s little disconcerting. But, now a few years dated...Also - I recently got into the writing of Harlan Ellison. The man has written hundreds of brilliant stories. Hours of enjoyment reading his works...
Edgar Martinez. Sure, he's just a ballplayer, but he's one hell of a ball player. And he's played his whole career with one team, and never held out for more money or complained about making $7 million per year. He's never been arrested, and he's still married to his first wife, Holli. So good for you Edgar. Plus, he was super nice to me when I was a kid and he was playing AAA ball in my hometown of Calgary, Alberta. And he just won the Roberto Clemente award for humanitarian accomplishments. What a dude. ----- Let's see... FDR? He's largely responsible for the establishment of the modern welfare state, which to me isn't a bad thing. He rescued America and much of the rest of the world from the Great Depression, and was largely responsible for the right side winning WWII. So, I think he's a good hero. But not as good as a guy with a .316 lifetime batting average and an on base percentage over .400.
