about me.....my name is Rebekah Jochmans (formerly Duntley).I met my husband Eric here in Oklahoma 8 years ago and we've been 7 years now. I've lived in Oklahoma most of my life except for about 4 years that Eric and I spent living in Nashville and Murfreesboro Tennessee. We moved back to Oklahoma a few years ago to be closer to our families after we had our daughter. We have 2 beautiful little girls, Katelyn Elizabeth who is 4 and Ella Mae who is 9 months now. I love being at home with my girls-even though the days can sometimes seem too long and the work overwhelming, I wouldn't want to be doing anything else and am trying to make the most of these precious moments. As I've discovered watching Katelyn grow up, the time goes by so quickly, babies change and get older every day and then one day you wake up and realize they are no longer a baby. I am a retired ballerina (only ballerina's retire at the age of 25!) I was dancing with the Mid-South Ballet Theater in Nashville and have been teaching ballet as well for many many years now. I miss dancing and do a little here and there but 2 knee surgeries and a baby have led me in new directions and I'm loving that just as much! We bought our first brand new home in February, 2006 and we love it! I've been working on my bachelor's degree at RSU and took some time off after I had Ella last year. I am going back Fall/08 and am changing my major to Elementary Education with a Psychology minor. I'm not always sure of the direction I want my career to go in or where I may see myself in 10 years but I know God's plan for me is better than I can dream up.
