CARNAL REDEMPTION

The whole Carnal Redemption thing started in November 2000.The band started as a three piece with the line-up being:Nondas(drums),George(guitar) and Nick(bass&voice).The three of us were jamming in a rehearsal studio just for fun,playing covers from bands like CARCASS,MORBID ANGEL,DEATH and other such as them and after two or three jam sessions we decided to form the band,found the name,etc.We soon started writting our own material,and after we had some songs ready we started playing live shows in Athens,with some of the best athenian underground bands,such Fleshart,Inveracity,etc.The next step,of course,was to record our first demo-cd in November 2001which received very positive feedback by the entire underground death metal community.But just as soon the demo was finished we started dealing with our military services.That put things in ice for a long-3 year-period in which the band was only able to do some rare live shows and slowly complete the recordings of "CEREBRAL CHAOS" mcd.That brings us up to summer of 2004.This is the time when the band decides to add a new member to handle the vocals.Marios joins the band and the band starts playing live shows again.Although the band had some great moments this line-up didn't last long .In summer 2005 Carnal Redemption parted ways with both Marios and George.This was the point where the band almost split ut for many different resons.After a while the replacement on guitars came by an old friend also named George and the vocals are handled once again by Nick.This brings us up to date composing new stuff and dealing with music perhaps from a slightly different point of view.
