We learn to believe in ourselves by accomplishing things we previously thought beyond us.

My Interests

Nithya Yoga -- Grant me clarity to see the world within Swamiji! O Paramahamsa Nithyananda--You are the Light that illuminates the Darkness that shrouds the Inner World!
"I'm not here to prove that I am God, I'm here to prove that YOU are God!"
Bicycling, Frisbee, Painting.
Capoeira was introduced to me a few years ago by a long time friend of mine. It's a great instrument to hone your cardiovascular strength, flexibility and balance; background in Yoga is definitely recommended.

I'd like to meet:

The sort of people that I'd like to see enter and stay in my life are capable of relating, sympathetically or empathetically, to my experiences, which include my upbringing, the joys/agonies I've undergone and the enriching interactions that have been granted to me thus far.
The clothes you wear, how you look or your mode of personality don't matter to me at all. If you judge people harshly by these means, then begone. You are not the sort I associate with. Complex are people who discuss concepts and events, simple are those who discuss people.
I admire frankness in those who feel comfortable with expressing themselves shortly after the very concern dawns on them.
**"Sometimes things happen to you, at the time they seem painful and unfair, but in reflection you realize that without overcoming those obstacles you would have never realized your potential strength, will power, or heart.
Everything happens for a reason, nothing happens by chance. Or by means of good or bad luck. Illness, injury, love, lost moments of true greatness and sheer stupidity all occur to test the limits of your soul. Without these small tests, whether they are events, illnesses, or relationships, life would be like a smoothly paved straight flat road to nowhere, safe and comfortable, but dull and utterly pointless. The people you meet who affect your life and the successes and downfalls you experience create who you are. And even the bad experiences can be learned from. In fact, they are probably the most poignant and important ones.
If someone hurts you, betrays you or breaks your heart, forgive them for they have helped you learn about trust, and the importance of being cautious to whom you open your heart.
If someone loves you, love them back unconditionally. Not only because they love you, but because they are teaching you to love and open your heart and eyes to things you would have never seen or felt without them."**
In terms of relationship:
I'm looking for and/or hoping to be found by the hottest guy in San Diego, but this goes beyond mere physical attributes, but deeper toward an adept awareness of what it means to be human: living successes & failures alike and welcoming the mysteries that remain after the dust settles.
Someone who has the courage enough to make their own mistakes and the strength learn from them.
Someone who knows what he is about and is willing to continue to explore.
Someone who is aware that happiness and love come from within. No outside influence holds the key to unlocking it. Sure, many can point you in the right direction, but it is a personal, individual journey to take that step through the open door. Be bold and tenacious enough to endeavor the leap of faith.
Show me someone who is truly loving, and I'll show you someone who has learned to live with the wounds and scars that come with it.
