Kryhitka Zahes

Kryhitka Zahes (Kleine Zaches) - is the personage of the book by Ernest Teodor Amadey Gofman (German writer). The name appeared accidently - Kasha had a dream in which Mihon in the form of bear in white glooves and was going to the balcony to smoke and said to Kasha, raising his finger "Kryhitka Zahes". We don't have spiritual unity with the hero and are not afraid of the "name carma", paying no attention that the end of story wasn't the happy-end. In the "Kleine Zaches" by Gofman are also optimistic moments: firstly, it's Zaches whom noticited the fairy and decided to give him a chance; secondly,the one of the main ideas in the book is that only people that have love in their hearts are not blinded by the status, career, money etc; thirdly, paying no attention to the quick death and revealing of own lousy, Zaches is remembered as good and nice person.

Jack and Mihon had their industrial group Krypta, our first bass player played funk in Urloland, Mykola in that time was a guitar player and played death-metal on guitar. Kasha recorded songs at home on the tape by 60 minutes with two guitar strings, radio, piano and metronome.She recorded an album and started to show it to friends in the player - this is how she met the boys. After the meeting boys decided that Kasha looks like PJ Harvey and they together will be great. On the first rehearsal they made 2 songs in English, played quite aggressive, complicated music with social texts. In 3 months created program in 3 languages and played with punk bands in small clubs.
Later the bass player and saxophonist left the band and Mykola, younger brother of Jack, joined the band and learned to play bass. It was in '99 and that time happenned first concert in this band cast on the Rock-Exsitenciya. Since then we are never part.

We made our minds for long time - should we do the music seriously or not, that's why each of us made little career already. With Kryhitka everything was quite undecided, hobby and no more, no one really hurried. The basic part of the album was recorded within a year, but there are 2 tracks dated year 2000 - "He doesn't love me","All sources are opened". We can say that we concerned ourselves to the band only two years ago, debut album we publish only this year - now is optimally favourable atmosphere in the society for the real start of qualitative Ukrainian-language product.

"Art director" and "responsible for ideology" is Kasha. Worthy men collective (who are the boys form Kryhitka) - is the maximum comfortable surroundings for a girl. Conflicts are also exist but we cope with them - we are united by one important common case.

In no way. We know for sure that we have a bit of post-punk, a bit of trip-hop, a bit of grange, a bit of brit-pop, considerable part of pop tricks. Maybe it's the present - day alternative for pop-music.

Everyone has it's own, but common for everyone - is love and music.
