About Me

The New Haven Advocate was right on target when they said Joe Dias (Lost Generation) and John “Pugs” Licitra (Iron Cross,Forced Reality) are on a mission to reconnect rampaging punk with straight-ahead rock. Together with the Dead Boy’s Cheetah Chrome they have created a “refreshing BLAST of music energy” (according to The Noise – Rock Around Boston) with the release of Dead City – the Dead Sessions featuring Cheetah Chrome. Cheetah and Pugs’ guitars combine with Dias’ throaty growl on The Dead Sessions to create a powerful sound that is even more intense on stage.Dead City plan to tour the Northeastern US in the Summer of 2007 in support of The Dead Sessions before returning to the studio to record their follow-up CD which will feature Cheetah, Joe D, Pugs, Kenny Cushen on drums and Sean Sheridan on bass.
