Lisa Green was born into a family of drunk indians from the south, who somehow ended up in the back woods of northern California. With little or no contact with her father, and an alcoholic/suicidal mother, she spent the majority of her youth shoeless and listening to an old 8 track. She never made it past her first year of highschool. At sixteen she was homeless in the bay area, living in abandoned buildings and singing songs on street corners for change. The following years spent writing fiendishly on planes and trains throughout Europe, buses in third world countries, and various dwellings in and around the Los Angeles area, have all contributed to her unique sound. She posseses the uncanny ability to transform the soul into song. The triumphant returns.
