I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

This is how it goes. I graduated from Texas Christian University in the Spring of '05. Religion and Philosophy double major. Born in AZ. Crawled to CA, where I lived for about a year. My mom is the reason I am who I am. Amazing. Lived in Lubbock, TX for the developmental years...roughly '85-'01...played high school football. I still wear my letterjacket to parties. Before every 9th grade football game, my tradition was listening to a newly discovered band...The Grateful Dead...American Beauty on repeat. Do you need anything else? I began living.I started thinking about music as a livelihood sophomore year of college. Drunk people convinced me of it. Around the same time, I spent a semester being introduced to Buddhist thought and Existentialism. Particularly altered by my reading of Nietzsche, I began creating...then I read 'On the Road.' Followed around Widespread Panic selling bootleg tshirts just long enough to turn reality on its head.I'm an anomaly. I'm a dime a dozen.I headed for London for a semester abroad. Between meeting some of my dearest friends and traveling to some of the most intoxicating of places, I continued my progression....And Now here I am. I can't tell you much more than that, as tomorrow I won't be able to say that much.A couple of years now out of college, and let us see what men's bones are made of. I play music with Catfish Whiskey, and we're planning on recording an album very soon. Between managing that bohemeth and driving Lady Luck (a big ugly brown van from 1981), around the country, I exist. I also work as a booking agent for Time2Fly Music out of Dallas, TX, and I handle booking at Sarah's Place and I help with booking at The Blue Grotto both here in Ft. Worth, TX. I've learned a great deal from my time out already. I am a Christian.
