Creativity in Motion! Love in Action!

About Me

The Sisterhood Empowerment Ring holds a vision of a new and improved world that joins the power, passion, beauty, culture, traditions, dreams, ambitions, and love of women across the globe. The vision seeks to empower, enlighten, expand and express the universal spirit of women.
The SERing focuses on self-healing; enhancing the personal and professional lives of women; creating platforms for open and active dialogues that move us towards one another and not away from each other. Empowerment through team spirit and mutual exchanges. Empowerment through local and international women and children projects. Empowerment through the written and spoken word.
The SERing strives to bridge the racial and cultural gap between all women - African, African-American, Caribbean, Latina, Native American, Asian or European Women. We embark upon projects and activities that allow us to engage and share our creative and technical skills, our intuitive gifts, our brilliant minds, heartfelt dreams and our feminine essence. Through our personal stories, practical experiences and inherent wisdom we bring a vision of hope, courage, possibility and VISIBILITY to all sisters near or far!
The ring symbolizes continuity, commitment, constant joining, the circles of life. Join this sacred empowerment ring that unites sisters from across the globe! The ring will open the pathway for sisters to explore their hearts, their intuition, their beauty, their sexuality, their passion, their power! A union of Sisters daring to explore their lives, their children, their men, their world and each other! Empowering and Uniting women of COLORFUL SPIRITS!
Empowerment through creativity in motion and love in action!

THE 1ST SISTERHOOD EMPOWERMENT RING GATHERING
MONDAY, JANUARY 15TH, 2007, SILVER SPRING, MARYLAND

"My Sisters, you are a necessary part of creation. Without you, there would be a void in the world. Your energy, space and time on this planet is worthful!"
- Angelique Shofar

The 1st Official Sisterhood Empowerment Gathering was a celebration of our greatness and a loving success!! Over 25 women gathered together in pursuit of love, wisdom, courage, friendship, support and a renewal that each of us so deeply desire. Their presence spoke of their commitment, active participation and aspiration to live a more prosperous, weathly, peaceful and wholesome life!

With self-acknowledgment, determination and the support of each other, we are realizing and manifesting our dreams. I envision the success and happiness of all my dear Sisters! My success is theirs and their success is mine!

You are a GODDESS!! You are a QUEEN reclaiming her throne! Hold your self in the highest esteem and the world will bow at your feet.

Woman it is time to once again honor the seasons and cycle of nature, as did our ancestors! The return to a consciousness where Mother Nature is respected, loved, revered and celebrated is now! Each seasonal transition can initiate a unique understanding of you, your body and your relations. Through this connection and the natural cycles of the Earth, Sun, Moon and stars, we deepen our understanding of life HERSELF. If you pay close attention and observe how the body of the Earth is transforming throughout the year, SHE will speak to you, as SHE did to our ancestors, and SHE can guide you towards the rituals that create and celebrate love and life!
