The Gifted

Ladies and Gentlemen, I give to you The Gifted....

About Me

Originally known as Firehouse (and some other things along the way), The Gifted was born in Justin Healy's kitchen in the summer of 1995. Early on they made their name as buskers on Dublin's Grafton Street and they also frequented the Temple Bar area.Latterly The Gifted became known for their own material, showcased in some of the best venues in Dublin. Many members came and went, with perhaps the most successful line-up coming together in 2000, comprising of Healy, O'Connor, Luby, Twyford, and Gomez. The band went their separate ways in 2001 having recorded The Peekaboo Sessions. Various elements of their story will be recounted in the blog section of this site but for now, enjoy the tunes and let us know if you like them
