A Nippon-jin runs for 2 biz scenes in TOKYO now. Entertainment & Food. am a kinda jack of all trades!!
now am workin' as videograph editer(EED)for DVD image productions and labels, music TV program (Adobe production studio & Canopus Edius Pro).
used to be show and Event Director, music production support and coordination for some J-pop artists like, Ken Hirai, Chemistry, Ayaka.
Soul, Jazz, Gospel artist booking from oversea's(especially from Harlem, NY to some venues/hotels in JPN.) my dad's office located on 139th St. NYC. for over 20yrs.
am also licensed Cook and Create Original Fusion style cooking (mixin' Japanese, Thai, Filipino, Vietnamese,Italian, Cajun, Soul Food, Mexican), also learned traditional KAISEKI in Kyoto.
I do Food Coordinating and Restaurant biz consulting too.
Typical Tokyo down-town guy who grew up around ASAKUSA, TOKYO area where the place still has good community and hospitality with lil bit of traditional way but also inspired and influenced a lot by African American community life in Harlem, NYC for 5 years.
