I have to first say this is not of of spite or due to being hurt its to warn those and to hope you arent taken advantage of like I was!This man Effron Thompson is a scam artist not only ha he jipped me but others out of thousands of dollars.He is a real estate appraiser in Atlanta Georgia.Let me tell you potential clients and women do not do any business with this man..he is not reliable,he lies,and he is a scam artist.If you are a female in the line of business he is in be careful because he will charm his way to get your business and maybe even ask you to sleep with him.His own family members have stated that he is a bit off and he thinks he is all that and isnt.Here are a few things to know about him........................1.He doesnt have a real job and lags with this apprasial job.Takes advantage of those who actually have the heart to help him3.He works mainly in Atlanta,lives in Roswell with friends he claims but works in the surrounding cities4.36,6'4,235 pounds,brown complexion5.Horrible Credit6.Drives a 1996 or 1997 Gold Lexus(to cheap to pay insurance on it DRIVING DIRTY.Doesnt pay bills nor loans back Telling It Like It Is-Beware of Atlanta Appraisal Scammer If you want to date this man dont!I gave evey ounce of my every being to this man and he lied,cheated,and owens be $3000.He claims no one understand him but he talks a good game and unfortunately I got caught up.He lived with friends now which I never hear them when I spoke with him so for all I know he is living with some girl who is taking care of his sorry ass!Also if he asks for money dont give it to him he will never pay you back as well as claim its coming and you never see it.To be the best gf I loaned him money to help pay his mortage and a few month in the spring of 06 and he still hasnt paid me back(he was kicked out the house) plus I added him to my bank account to help him out(thank God he only got a checkcard and not checks)he overdrew it and that account is in the banks collections and he still has yet to pay it off as promised.He makes his life more than what it is and also he doesnt want to get a real job so he does real estate appraisals which you cannot make good money unless you work for a fotune 500 company or you have been in business for a good minute and have a great list of clientele.His jobs are few in between and he's claiming he;s in school now how can he affrod to pay for classes and cant pay me back?Please beware also for those who are looking in the Atlanta area for appraisers leave him be!
