About Me

I am living in the west village in a cute little apartment with two cats, a dog, a courtyard & a married roommate! In my spare time I am now working at Blue Smoke & temping. I am the resident stage manger for Ground Up Productions (check out my pics of our trip to the Bahamas!) We are working on "Burn This" and for the summer "The People vs Mona!" This year I have also worked with Crooked Neck Productions on "Me, My Guitar & Don Henley" and most recently with New York Playwrights Lab on "The Secret of Mme Bonnard's Bath." I may be returning (to help out for the beginning of the summer, but not the whole summer) to French Woods!I love just being with my friends...drinking, watching movies, grabing a quick meal or if the money is right a good movie or show...it doesn't matter... Movies and books are my escape from whatever bothers me & gets me down. I am pretty sure that there is nothing better than a surprise phone call, e-mail or even better a card in the mail for no reason! God gives me a gift every day and it's being surrounded by so many people I love and that love me for me!I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4

I'd like to meet:

Although I did know her I would love to meet my Grandmother again. I would love to know her as she was but me being who I am now. (because I was so young when she died I forget things like her smell & her voice, but remember things like "sugar kisses"! I would also love to meet a guy that I can talk to & love & be with that wants to be with me. And, You...if you're cool :)

Music:

I am pretty open with my music...I love to have music on but most of my music comes from other people. I love being introduced to new artist and new music! My favorites are Dave Matthews Band, musicals, Maroon Five, Billy Joel, Simon & Garfunkle...

Movies:

Movies? What? I will watch pretty much any movie...There are times when I need the sports movies or a romantic comedy but if you have it I'll watch it. And what movie collection would be complete without Marry Poppins and The Little Mermaid. Harry Potter, LOTR, Bourne Identity & Supremacy, Midnight in the Garden of Good & Evil, The Incedibles, Madagascar, Latter Days, Broken Hearts Club, With Honors, Mona Lisa Smiles, Love Actually, Field of Dreams, A League of their Own, Angels in America (both parts), Crash to name a few.

Television:

Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, Friday Night Lights (watch for Gaius) and now I am Netflixing 24...it's tv crack!

Books:

The Kite Runner is still at the top of my list but other good ones have been My Sister's Keeper, Keeping Faith, The Memory Keepers Daughter, The Ha Ha. But...Love Books! Always open to other peoples ideas. Hmmm....my current favorite writters are Barbra Kingsolover, Paulo Coelho & Jodi Picoult.

Heroes:

Heroes? Like Superman or Batman?No for real though...people who fight for what they believe but don't fight just to fight. I think people with strong morals and beliefs are the best heros. People who make their lives their own and love doing what they are doing! People who aren't afraid...I wish I could have no fear. Those who know the true value of money & that money does not equal love or happiness. You make your life what it is!
