The Origins of Buddhaphonic
Buddhaphonic is the physical representation of music in our world by producers Tony Grund and Deron Reynolds. Originally this tag-team fought valliantly in the battlefields of Japanese pop, making tracks for singer-songwriter Aika Ohno and dance pop sensation Rina Aiuchi to name a few. But it was their original tracks that gave them inner peace and satisfaction with their place in the universe. The songs are a strange collaboration of sound: with the funky, bluesy and sometimes jazzy keyboards of Deron and Tony's inclination for propulsive beats and strange sounds. No genre can truly sum up their musical style: is it electronic-blues? Funky-hip hop? Jazzy techno? The true answer, alas, may never be known in this world.
